I was just diagnosed with OCD this year and I totally understand and empathize with constantly being in your head. Every time I have a migraine I am like "yep, here comes death".. I also have an issue trusting any doctor's (doesn't help that the first medication that my psych put me on gave me a massive rash so now I am even worse with that trust). It's a constant struggle and people do not realize how exhausting it can be just fighting your own thoughts daily. Lots of love your way. I remember watching your videos way back in the day and am here with a big hug

Wow yeah no one gets how exhausting it is!! And yeah I don't trust Dr's either because of similar reasons. It's such a major struggle. Glad someone else can sympathize! Sorry you're dealing with this also

Good luck with the med change. Withdrawal symptoms from Zoloft makes my brain feels like it wants to separate from the rest of my body lol, it's not the best but it'll pass. I hope your new one works better for you. 🌸

Since you ask, reaccuring doesn’t make any sense at all, it should be recurring.
