In this video im sharing my daily live in Novosibirsk, Russia. 🇷🇺 As an introvert and a single mom of 2 sons on my journey of healing from anxiety. Im sharing my slow daily routine. Cooking, grocery shopping etc.
This time im also going to a hardware store to check on the supplies for my new apartment. Yes! We are finally moving, but first need to make some renovations 🙂 I’m also going to the riverside on a festival, but end up hanging by the river. The weather these days is cold and rainy…

Those small tiles are cheaper, but they take longer to install. The space between them can collect dirt and mold, and they are also more difficult to clean. However, if you’ve already bought them, you should spray them with a 50/50 water and vinegar solution after showering. After 10 minutes, wipe them dry with an old towel. They will be shiny and clean like new.

We had our first frost last week, although the past three days have been the best days of the year. I think it's called an Indian summer. Nice big pink cosmos flower, I remember all the technologies on display...even the 78 record player. I used to get walks to either seaside or the hill in the centre of town. The seaside had mussel shells and flat skiffing stones, the hill had rowing boats, ducks and a great view.

I live in the desert in Arizona and I do not care for the heat, the rocks, lack of lush green parks and walking paths, so l love going along with you on your walks…especially in the rain! It is a fantastic but expensive project to renovate a new place. New beginning is also nerve soothing activity. Thank you for taking us all along this exiting journey. ----- Perhaps the zone near the river will also be beautified once the constructions are done,.That,s what happened to my native town riverside ( Tczew ) even the rail bridge over Vistula is being renovated. Hello Nastya from Australia. Gosh in a blink of an eye you have gone from hot weather to cold weather. I love cold weather! Your fried potatoes look delicious. You are a very good cook. In my humble opinion I like the lighter colour white tiles for the bathroom floor. Light colours in a small space makes the room look bigger. Also one of the tiles with grey looked like mould. Just my humble opinion. I look forward to seeing more content on the renovations.

You should consider in order a pest controller for that apartment before you start putting new tiles or anything else, of course it depends on how expensive it is.

Dear Nastya 🤍🕊️Try not to despair about the bugs.. my rural cottage has rats since the flooding back in June they came in. I feel deeply upset about it and I would much prefer bugs 🌻my toilet plumbing does not work right now , then I use a camping toilet. Blessings on your day from Usa 🕊️

Shame you cant live in your mother's block, Nastya. I like the way you edit and stitch together scenes, and the way in the space of a few seconds you go from skating on the shallows to diving deep within, as when you talked about your father. Childhood anxiety has a way of reasserting itself during adulthood on encountering stressful circumstances. Not that I'm a psychoanalyst.

For me and my family we all suffer from anxiety different levels of intensity...We found that it's gets better as your grow older especially we when you reach Forty..life blossom with deep level of wisdom and somehow the anxiety fades away... Difficult to explain.. Extroverts struggle as they get older... anyway that's just my family experience.. Good luck with the Reno...have fun🎉
