I honestly wish I could sound more “American”, you couldn’t imagine the amount of times I had to redo my lines because my accent ended up ruining the delivery of some of the lines. Mind you I think my accent fits my voice perfectly fine, but when my accent is outputted into a voice like “American girl #1” it can definitely sound unnatural. Unfortunately my accent won’t be changing any time soon, but it is what it is. Thank you for the apology though, it’s very kind of you to do that.
