Salamat sa question.,, bale ang Bar server or bar waiter.,, sila ung mga nagseserve ng drinks sa guest sa mga tables nag eentertain., tagakuha ng orders.., while bartender ehh sila usually ung mga asa bar counter lang.,, taga gawa ng drinks ang main role nila..,, pero may colaboration between bar service at bartender team yan cla.,,, 👍🙂 mas more contact lang bar service sa mga guest kasi sila madalas kausap sa floor ng mga guest.,, 👍

Araw araw na work yan brod jce, hnd uso ang dayoff sa barko pero masaya naman at nakakaenjoy magwork sa barko., madami kang mavivisit na place., ngaun 5months palang aq sa barko pero nakapag PARIS FRANCE 🇫🇷 NAQ, italy 🇮🇹 , spain 🇪🇸 qatar 🇶🇦 dubai, so 3years nadin aqng bar waiter, dito sa msc brod. Try mu na mag apply maganda din ang pasahod sa barko

Last year ang basic nia is 1171 then nag increase ata cla this year 1250 na then may depende sa siniority na sa kanila like pag mga naka 4years may 200 extra ata base dun sa sinend ng friend ko sakin tapos 6percent sa commission sa sales at may tips din

Bale mag aaral kau dun tungkol sa barko then., magaaral kau tungkol sa msc at ung tungkol sa ibang nationalities, mga dapat at hnd dapat gawin sa barko, then pag bar department may wine training, cocktail training, tapos magiikot kau gamit ang round tray., sa barko merong oval tray pero pag bar department round lang ang gagamitin mu.,,, sa training nio maeenjoy nio yan build friends kasi makikita yan ng prof. Nio the rest naman enjoy lang yan the best yang inhouse

I heard the process of recruitment in rccl is so long is that true Chris? if you ex bar waiter from different company is it gonna be faster? I'm from Indonesia, and the agency for rccl here is mess up and we should apply online

Yeah it’s quite long., i did apply last 2019 in RCCL, and i just had my interview this year it took almost 4years.,, maybe they need people who already have experience onboard.,, when you have enough experience like atleast 2years onboard experiences, start to update your profile in CTRAC then they will call for sure..,,when i update my Ctract this year they call after 2weeks.,, i suggest with you to apply in different company first, before applying in RCCL take some experience then apply in RCCL, just like what i did.,, i took 3years experience in MSC and now I’m gonna join this comming december.,, 👍👍🙂

Ok brod 👍🙂 Sa msc mga 1month abot ng 1800 to 2k per month ngaun palipat nako sa rccl nakita ko sa sinend na payslip ng dati kong kawork na lumipat ng rccl is 2.2k 15days so mga 4k to 5k ang sahod ng bar waiter sa rccl per month., ok din sa msc stepping stone lang saan mauna pasukan mu then kuha lang two contracts pd na lumipat sa mas magandang agency push lang ng push makakamit mu yan basta may pangarap 👍🙂

Bale kung gusto mu bar waiter mas maganda sa mga bars ka pumasok then kuha ka lang ng experience mga 1 year then start na mag apply sa mga high end na bars tapos experience lang ulit khit 6 months to 1year then start na magpasa psa ng application sa mga 5star hotels., mas maganda kasi May experience sa 5star hotel ., pasok ka agad nian 👍👍 learn as much as you can kasi magagamit mo un sa future lalo na sa interviews
