Silentium ganz einfach. Hier geht offiziell nichts. Im Stau auf der Autobahn bei über über9000°C wird, solange man es sicher und langsam macht, meist ein Auge zugedrückt. Falls du dir unsicher bist, nimm den Standstreifen. Der kostet nur 75€ und einen Punkt. Das Durchschlängeln wäre ein Rechtsüberholen, das mindestens 100€ und einen Punkt kostet. Mehrkosten kommen dazu wenn man dir eine Gefährdung anderer unterstellt. Im Prinzip kann man dazu noch den nichteingehaltenen Mindestabstand dazu nehmen, also + 30€.
