Until HB90 I didn't realize I'd set unachievable expectations on my time. It was the best feeling knowing that I could let go of the things I didn't need to be mindful of until the next quarter.

Loving this series - as I spend Sunday evening setting up this coming week in my HB90 Planner. So excited for all the people commenting below that they are taking HB90, have fun everyone, it's great and you will love it!!!

I relate to this so much! I often optimistically plan for my goals each week, and then it comes time to take action and I just don't feel like it. Thank you for this video!

19:00-21:00, and your other video on MH & productivity. I feel like this is your power that draws me to your system. You stand in the messiness strong in what you know works b/c you have lived it. You've done the work and it really shows in your compassion and desire to support others who struggle with the same issues. Thank you. I can already tell that signing up for the HB90 course is really going to help me.

Wow 17 books in that world. That’s amazing!! Congratulations! That’s someone to be really proud of! Keep in mind that even if this is the last book, you can always come back to this world and make another book.😊

One of the things I'm going to work on for Q3 is being more realistic about what I can actually accomplish.

Hi Sarra! I've been subscribed to your channel, but I haven't commented very often yet because for some reason I've been more shy than usual lol! But I wanted to chime in and say that I've really been enjoying this productivity series! I appreciate the reality of it: that for as much as you plan, life still finds a way to sneak in and try to knock you off course. My favorite tip that you've given is to try to not stress out about it; that can be hard to do, especially for someone like me who does have anxiety/depression because if I get thrown out of my routine, all chaos breaks loose. Although I have learned recently (probably within the past year or so) that if everything on my To Do list doesn't get done *that day*, it's okay! Because that also means I'm enjoying life outside of my planner as well. I hope you enjoyed your date night and that you've met - if not surpassed - your 15k word count goal. Happy Writing!

Good series! I'm an overplanner too and almost never get everything done. But I'm getting better at estimating how long things will take. It's helpful to see that I'm not the only one who struggles sticking to my schedule. Thanks for sharing!

I would love to hear how you ensure probably social time with homeschooling. My partner and I are working on fertility and he would like to homeschool when we do have children (I know I am probably thinking too soon hahah). My biggest fear is the social side. Thank you for your transparency

My problem is too much free time. Nothing feels urgent, so it’s easy for me to just push things off for later. I’m wondering also if I should add more tasks than I can do or if I will do better with fewer tasks? I’ve always been told how lazy I am, so if I’m not being productive, I have the voice saying I’m lazy. I still don’t do the things, I just keep not doing them and beating myself up for being lazy. It’s a viscous cycle that it’s hard to get out of.
@HeartBreathings2 жыл бұрын
I feel this so hard. But you are not lazy!! If you were lazy you wouldn't be trying to reach your goals!! You are just still finding your rhythm.

Do you have any advice for a new writer to finding their schedule? I have no job to keep me busy, and only a couple of social stuff i do weekly but I can't ever seen to find the rhythm for my writing like I did when I first picked it up in middle school. Now it's like my mind goes two ways: either I am floating in a cyclone of new ideas and shifting through projects, or I'm in a block and I can't ever plan for those or their duration. Most of the time they can last for more than 3 months! I want to get into writing daily like I used to but I don't know what to do. Or how to keep myself to writing so I can finally have a finished project from the drafting stage.

Do you ever use sprints where you set a timer for focused time? This has been the biggest help for me. I really need to do a full video update on this!

Is HB90 exclusively for writing?
@HeartBreathings2 жыл бұрын
No, it can be useful for everyone! The examples in the course as planner tend to be geared toward writers and entrepreneurs, but I've had hundreds of non writers take the course from teachers to realtors to artists etc that are loving the system
