I heard from a friend who lives in Birmingham that a number of his neighbours have been contacted by relatives living in Scotland saying that if Yousup Numza becomes the new First Minister, that he (Numza), will extend invitations to all those of his own heritage living in Engalnd, Wales & Northern Ireland to emigrate to Scotland and to form a new replublic which he intends to name Scottistan. Is there any foundation for these rumours?
