Daily Recap December 12th 2024

Jer was a mess last night being super playful once Zadia got him to bed. He rested well though and wasn’t excited when he woke up to me. Today was self care day where I focused on his skin and hair. It sounded like he said yea when I gave him his toy shark. He didn’t want to brush his teeth. He did spend time in his walker and was going super fast at first. Thank you Ms Iva for his gift to wrap. I didn’t let him see it. JJ and I then washed his hair and it took me two hours to do it. After that Zadia came and they sent Nurse T birthday greetings. It’s tub time where tonight he soaks in an Epsom salt blend and I’m giving him a sugar elderberry scrub as well. I also trimmed his nails today and examined his body from head to toe. Today was definitely Jer day with lots of care. I’ll get a self care day before end of year possibly or maybe for my birthday the start of next year. Hope everyone had a good week! Today we pray that you take time to not only groom your body, but inspect your heart and soul too. May you soak in God’s goodness and mercy, letting him renew and rejuvenate you.
