Q: "Do you have any fears?" Sadguru's Answer: "It's not about whether I have fear or not, I made myself like this; only what I want happens within me. What I want may not always happen around me, but within me, only what I want happens." ⚜ ⚜⚜ I was once so afraid of spiders and heights, that I was almost paralyzed when confronted by either; so, I made myself face those fears head on. Although, I may still find myself uncomfortable with those experiences, I no longer experience fear. What Sadguru is saying is that it is Your Choice whether or not you experience fear.

Wonderful right!? It's liberating when we realize this, that our direct experience in life is what our vibration is attracting to us and we DO have a choice!! The spider thing, still has me though, LOL. I haven't seen this Lewis Howes interview, but it is filled with little gems of knowledge and inspiration from Sahdguru. It can be difficult remaining unaffected by others (enter the ego) but when, as Sadghuru saaid that "for your "success" you need cooperation of others; but for my body, my mind, my emotions and my energies to feel pleasant, I don't need anyone's cooperation, this is 100% my business" I love that! Abraham Hicks often says "what you think of me is not my business" 💚

Yes. I just went through a very traumatic experience and right as it was happening I knew I had a choice to make between experiencing Post Traumatic Growth or PTSD. It has not been easy, I’ve had deep despair and moments of crushing anxiety but I am literally a better person for this awful experience because I made a choice right when I felt powerless.

at 35 minutes he talks about the data, love this! A child is mostly in a theta state and absorbing the environment. In nlp we look for the 5 senses. Eyes, sound, etc. If more than 3 of the 5 are engaged it creates a deep state and the mind gets put to the background, almost shut off. When face to face with a cobra, if you engage all the senses, create a space for rest to happen , the cobra will feel it. and just focus, fear can be put to the background. The opposite is happening in the media, still engaging the senses while creating fear which entraps. You can recognize when fear starts to show itself and train yourself to go into state. When in state, all the data you need is there. nothing outside yourself is needed. We teach through neurokinetics and the interstitial system how to train the brain to choose wellness, rest, and joy states. blessings 🙏🦋💕 And keep being awesome 🤩

@@lewishowes I agree with some of what these India gurus say ,but again balance . But the fruit of that in India was social casting ,big problem ..nothing wrong with wanting to make the human condition more comfortable , as long as ones comfort is not at the expense of someone else's suffering . Abundance is not bad ,if people understand abundance ,people don't hoard and are more generous . My issue with these abundance philosophers is they only talk about it in terms of money , that the size of your bank account should determine your success. Abundance can come in many ways .. Abundance of love , friends ,family , healthy relationships , wisdom and understanding . Health , If people could redefine abundance they might be surprised how wealthier than the realize ..redefine wealth . I have known wealthy people that are very selfish , and self serving .. , If what they say is true , their are many rich human traffickers , drug dealers and the list goes on ..large bank accounts are not a indicator of success

Love it This reminds me: I have been on many wonderful hikes throughout the national parks and many people stress about bringing bear spray … I told my Dad I don’t bring bear spray because I practice awareness and be in a lighter state. My response to this was that the animals will less likely respond aggressively if I am not so stressed and trying so hard to be “protective” It’s amazing on the type of wildlife I have been able to experience in support of this state. -words of sharing Thank you!!!

Listening to Sadguru's pieces leaves me immensely aware of the possibilities that life presents, only if I'm able to detach from materialism...all is vanity. Happiness in life is not about possession; rather, it's being at ease with oneself in all situations, and being aware of one's limits, thereby avoiding the need to stress about things beyond one's control. Bravo Sadhguru ! ... you have articulated so well the DHARMA (and especially here also BUDDHA DHARMA) when you communicate that identity is a function of causes and conditions (which are impermanent always impermanent and changing, never permanent). Interesting is also your take on memory. For me memory is like a tool which in itself is indifferent to how it is used because it has no consciousness of it's own. This is why the same memory can be perceived differently by the same human being at different times. We have control over how we use stored memories either to make for happiness (sukha)or unhappiness in all its many forms (dukkha) ... WHAT AN AMAZING AND INFINITE POWER WE HAVE AND WHAT A WASTE NOT TO USE IT TO CREATE OUR EXPERIENCES! SADHU SADHU SADHU!
