I’ve been ill for a week with some sort of flu virus. Not stepped out the door since last Thursday and lack of energy is really frustrating so I’m doing a hanged man and today’s reversals are accurate for me. 😅 i do need recovery after today yes.. i got jumbled because someone at work started an argument about.. something ridiculously unimportant. It came down to them wanting to maintain 100% control & overview. However it was a shared work file.. and i realized after it was unfair becaus they claimed "a boundary" to need to have full control but then i cant turn my ass around or im cracking eggshels.. 😅😅😅 anyways i got delayed anger which always happens after i break "my own boundaries" as i was bamboozled in the moment, unaware of self, amazed someone could get so mad over that and empathically feeling how proud they where during the argument stepping on me jeesh... 😅 i now know how ants feel. I wanna cry.. and squirm but yeh what can i do but bring my side up in the next f2f moment. I just find sometimes peoples insecurities and fears make their boundaries so outwards it leaves no space for others, to an extent that is actually harms others. When they"re boundaries are only so intense because of past pain and has nothing to do with the future... anyways i wonder if they will ever understans my perspective let alone be respectfull next time i bring it up 😅. Its so difficult when youre in two different timelines.. i think the desire to understand bamboozled me. I dont need to know i need to protect myself. Old pattern 😅 mercury poopie grade sure replayed it gosh..

I was with my ex 20 years, does this mean I'll have to wait 10 years 😱😱, hells bells I could be dead in 10 years ( 62 now )!!! 🙄🙄😂😂. I'm wondering if this not making a run for it applies to moving house, as I certainly have to get my skates on with that. Have about 6/8 weeks left to find a house and organise moving there.
