I have been writing a letter to our town that isn't easy to do, I don't love confrontation, but I'm part of a group who want to resist increases in property taxes, and to protect those on fixed incomes in their homes. My brain kind of had a blow up last evening, so I watched Gaia channel and was transported to the UK to visit Glastonbury with Matias de Stefano. Excalibur and apple trees, lovely. I like your tennis togs, used to play on a team. Today's tea is herbal with nettles, dark cherry, and other heart friendly things. Had a good hike in the nature park. Feel like a nap already, but it is only early afternoon. Mercury is lingering.

I think hugs are so special. They are really healing too. I always ask my children for a hug. My strong boys who now tower over me. ( apart from the youngest) If I get the opportunity, I'll definitely hug a friend. In fact, if I've not had human interaction for a while, I get sad and need a hug. When it comes to dating, though. I'm messaged a lot by men wanting a cuddle. Wanting to come round to just cuddle all evening. I don't do that. I find that strange. I also like my boundaries. 😅❤ x

You made me so emotional today talking about hugging, which never happened in my house growing up, and then friends. I am a Capricorn and since there was no hugging, I was not a hugger until later in life. Now I’m all hugs and cuddles but there was a long time in which it felt awkward and uncomfortable for me. I love hugs but don't know many people who do 🙁 I did kind of 'train' a couple of friends to have a quick goodbye hug when we meet, but oh for a lovely long hug! Physical touch is definitely a love language of mine - if anyone's upset it's a hug, hand holding, shoulder or arm touching... but if they show signs of not liking it I stop and don't do it again. I’m not a hugger either, and I have never hugged any of my friends, except maybe when I was saying goodbye to them for a long time. I always hugged my husband back when he hugged me, but one day he asked me why I never hugged him first or said, I love you first, and I had no answer. I made a mental note to do that because I know it’s difficult to ask for what you want, probably, especially for a man, But a year would go by and then he’d ask me again and I realize I had forgotten. Sadly, I was unable to dredge that up out of myself until after he became seriously ill with dementia. I suppose there’s a message in there somewhere (fear of rejection?) - to this day I live with yet another regret. 😪 I used to love to play tennis, racquetball, and badminton! I can’t now due to a hand and wrist injury which is permanent, but oh the days! Have you ever tried racquetball? It’s insanely fun! I love the Nietzsche quotes the best as well. Who knew? Ohh I’m a hugger - partner, friends, trees, cats but only with those who I know will want one. I’m a touchy feely person too which probably explains my later in life career choices as a Massage & Reiki Therapist. We must have better cinemas up north the Vue ones are excellent with stepped seats so you can see above the person in front of you. I watched Dune in a Thailand cinema in March with reclining seats 😊xx

My father's side of the family hugged regularly, esp. for good-byes, and my mother's side, closer to their Danish roots, all shook hands. Now that I have my own family, some of my children want hugs regularly. My oldest son isn't keen on hugs, but now that he only visits, I sometimes ask for one, way more than I ever did when he lived here. It's amazing to hug your own child after years of not hugging them.

I am not a hugger. I hate it. I feel like I am trapped. There's about two or three people I wouldn't mind hugging,but they are either dead or no longer in my life. I made a rule with my cousins for Christmas that I didn't want a hug and then this person who is related to my cousin, but not to me, thought he could have a hug/ kiss. Disgusted. Didn't ask. My fiance has a female friend who grabs him tightly with her body hug. Then she tells him she loves him. Even as a hugger, I find that disrespectful of our relationship. I also heard her asking if he loved her more than me. They've known each other 15 years and have some very sexual energy between them. He swears there has never been anything sexual between them. I really like a good hug if I can be the hug initiator… and I’m in the mood. I dislike those kind of fake social hugs, and there are many times when I not only don’t want to be hugged, but don’t like anyone coming within a six foot radius, lol. One of my sisters really doesn’t like hugs, so I always ask her if I can hug her first and it’s become a bit of a joke. She suffers herself to be hugged for my sake ☺️ It makes that you don’t like them, being a Capricorn moon. Perhaps that’s one of the differences between being a Pisces sun/rising and Capricorn moon vs being (like me) a Capricorn sun Pisces moon…
