Hi G, I always thought that a 5 pointed pentacle/star is for protection, against ill will, bad luck etc ??!! The LOVE reading was 🤯🤯, everyone needs to watch it & the extended, WOW !! A Woman doesn't need Feb 29th, to propose to a Man, she can do it anytime she wants, lol. X ❤❤

Hi Gemma! The pentacle represents the four elements plus spirit ,in paganism. It is a form of protection and is also the symbol of Earth , because earth is comprised of the four elements and has her own source of spiritual energy. That's my understanding. Looks like a day of some big spiritual awakenings, rumbling up from within ❤

I googled the meaning of the pentagrams 5 points and this is what I got......its five points are regarded in at least one tradition as representing love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice. I like it!

Brilliant reading, Gemma. Thank you. The pentagram has different meanings to different people and beliefs, but the most widespread known is of the 4 main elements air, fire, earth, and water, and the 5th point is spirit. I hope this helps 🙏🏻 🥰

Five is the number of life. The four elements are now imbued with the spirit. The pentagram is known as the star of Venus, and has the number phi (1.618…) encoded in its arms. Phi is the sacred ratio of creation. The number is symbolized by the masculine line splitting the feminine circle (the act of procreation). Turn the pentagram upside down and you get the star of death, which is why so many metal bands use it with the point reversed, often with a goat’s head (the scapegoat-or the Judas among sheep). I love your work, Gemma! Hope this helps! 🦀☀️🦂🌓🐏🌅

Love the Wild Unknown deck it's up there with the Terbal Harot. I didn't know that the Leap Year tradition in Ireland where the woman proposes to the man until it happened in my family about 8 years ago. I say whatever works for the couple. The couple I am speaking of is still together and they have the sweetest little girl. Long live love ❤️

It takes the earth 365.24 days to orbit the sun. We count .24 as a quarter (1/4) of a day. So every 4 years you’ve accumulated 4 quarters or an extra whole day and you get a leap year or 366 days. We add the extra day to February and get the 29th. 🤓

The pentagram was used on the very first tarot cards on the pentacles to symbolise the manifestation power only we as humans have. ❤

On your comment regarding women proposing to men, I particularly find it humbly flattering, specially myself coming from Latin heritage. But I believe is very rare that women propose men, although there could be exceptions. Interesting to know where the word February comes from and to know that February is the last month of winter! I always learn something knew every day listening to you when you read your books. Have a great evening, Gemma. ✨🌙⭐️

You’re so right to mention Scorpio season because remember that we have all of the personal planets - Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Venus - conjuncting Pluto all in a short period of time. The Sun and Mercury already have and I believe the 13th is when Mars moves to 0° Aquarius where Pluto is located and I think it’s February 16th that Venus gets there. So we’ve all been dealing with transformative Pluto energy. Intense! Great reading. Thank you, Gemma! 💕💕

hahahaa, i don't know what your aversion to the word 'journey' is 😂 always makes me laugh!! definitely a journey through the woods going on this end, very 'trusting the process' and high priestess energy, adjusting to the new frequencies and energies and navigating the currents and how to BE in these new energies....not a time for doing. More a time for assimilating...

I can’t remember where I found it, but about a year ago, I was reading something astronomical, and it turns out that the planet Venus in her orbit between the Earth and the sun and sometimes the Earth is actually between her and the sun I think if I remember correctly, makes that exact five-pointed star shape, and then in her next orbit, she lands exactly between each of the points, and it continues on like that for 200 and some years until it looks like a lotus! Yes! As soon as I read that, I realized that that’s why the symbol is sometimes used to signify “satanism” or devil worship. It’s because Venus is the only planet named for a woman. Yes! The moon is of course, also considered feminine, but we all know where the word lunatic and lunacy come from. I have read other explanations as well, but this one is based on fact, and I think the others probably are based on philosophical tenants. Ever since I read that I have been wearing a pentagram around my neck in protest at taking everything that’s “feminine” and turning it into something negative. I may have mentioned this before in a comment, but it’s the same thinking that led to Friday the 13th becoming a day of “bad luck”. Also, Friday is the only day of the week named for the Norse goddess Freya, and 13 is the number of menstrual cycles a woman will have in a year and also, of course the number of full moons we have in a year. If we had any sense, we would have a 13 month calendar. I am tired of everything associated with women being associated with something bad. OK, I’ll get down off my soapbox. I have that deck and I love it as well, but I have trouble shuffling it because the cards stick together. It’s almost as if they’re waxed or something. You don’t seem to have any trouble. I’m tempted to boil them or something, but I suppose that wouldn’t be a good idea. I hope you see this. I had a crazy morning and I’m just now getting to watch your reading. 💕💕

Excellent! Friday the thirteenth is also the day when the Templars were murdered by their own church, another significance of the number, and thirteen is also the number of mystery (my story-that which cannot be known by any other) and represented by Jesus standing at the center of the twelve apostles. It is also the number of the individual, as he/she stands at the center of his/her own personal zodiac. I believe that many Norse gods are represented in the names of the days, and they certainly all named after the seven celestial lights. Tuesday is named for Twir (Mars), Wednesday for Odin or Woden (Mercury), and Thursday for Thor (Jupiter). Of course, Freya is the most beautiful, that goddess of love and life! ⭐️

@@mandrewjones-sc2ny thanks for the info! I knew about the Norse gods and goddesses and the days of the week, but I didn’t know that other stuff. I had never read that they chose Friday the 13th to murder the Templars. Wow.

G'day Gem. I haven't been on. I've been having cancer surgery, and hopefully one to go, although I had have to have tests for throat/esophogeal cancer and an angiogram to test for a clot in my heart or lung. I'm still here though. Missed a lot of readings though. Hope you've been well. Much love and light, Court xxx

For some wild unknown reason I find this deck a little unsettling as some of the cards are quite disturbing in a strange kind of way, but meaningful at the same time. So I can understand why they are a popular deck. Maybe it’s my soft Cancerian side that shies away from anything macabre xx
