yeah they were definitely good! I would suggest going after 8 or 9pm.. after rush hour. Otherwise you'd just be stuck behind traffic! haha

Over here it ain't even cold ,it's just harmattan, it just drys your lungs and the air's dusty and the air feels thin so i can't really do rides this time of the year. Ride safe guys.

Just bought myself a tcr advanced pro frameset on a Black Friday offer for 1499. I’m 5,7 with short leg and t-Rex arms air bought the xs with the recommend 80mm stem as the seat post is set back by 15mm. SRAM red and reserve 40/44 wheels. Should be an absolute monster on the road.

Yeah night riding definitely risky was coming back from loops of regents park in your memory and almost wiped out on horsenden lane.. yep hit a pothole in the dark.. luckily I got the balance back.. close call though... Regents park with MP around 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday dead quiet just three people cycling around the whole circuit

oh shit.. you need to be careful on horsenden lane. especially when its dark There are some bump and holes around there that are hard to see. You noticed as well .. once you get past like hanger lane in the evening the temp just drops ! haha
