Honestly speaking, coffee is terrible for anxiety...it's like throwing fuel on the fire. Anxiety at its core is due to conditioned thought patterns that often stem from childhood survival instincts related to safety and security, but things like high caffeine, high stress, having no boundaries...trigger the responses and can get a person to spiral fast. I have a routine of doing light yoga, mindfulness meditation using an amz book called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels, read the Tao Te Ching and Gita, journal, and try to continue setting boundaries in relationships and most importantly for myself. So important to have a daily routine, even if its 15 min. Maybe this will help someone, I don't know.

I used to serve Brandon at soho house all the time. It is crazy to me how much he looks like the dad from Handmaids Tales!! They would always come in around the same time too.

The anxiety could be caused by the 4 shots of espresso. I use to experience the same symptoms until I lessened my coffee intake to about 1 to 2 shots of espresso
