I see at about the 10 minute mark in the video you start material that has bigger and more rocks. But those bigger rocks will still slip, once more weight gets put on top of them. You need to put big boulders first. They will be able to support the added weight and won't slip. Anyway good luck. You're going to need it if you keep doing it like that.

You need to put big boulders down first, as a base. Then you got to switch a truck load of dirt and a truck load of boulders as you go up. Without a solid base, the dirt will just keep doing that, slipping away from the bank.

But what's causing the land to sink? 0 this may not fix the problem. It may only be a temporary patch. Not to mention where is all this dirt coming from? They must be taking it from some place to put it here. So they are creating another hole somewhere else.

The reason it's sinking these idiots are using soil, when they should be using large rocks as a foundation, all that soil is acting as a sponge and the land will keep sinking these people seem to have no idea what they're doing,😊😊

The material comes from widening and making the rivers deeper. They are reinforcing the banks on the rivers and doing a good job. I've been watching these for years. Pretty cool watching them.

@@IggnantOG you can't have been watching these videos very well, I've seen videos on here showing land they've built up along side a lake, weeks later they had to to the job again as all the soil had collapsed in to the lake for the second time,it's called using the wrong material, soil is like a sponge it soakes up water what they should have done is use large boulders first to stabilise the soil, the soil doesn't just sink it spreads out on the lake bed,
