The dozer operator is a young man and I think he is doing a great job. Maybe he doesn't know all the tricks to the trade but he sure keeps that dozer going. That's the best set of cleats I've seen yet on any tractor. No slippage and lots of traction. There are four or five trucks bringing him dirt and he's keeping up with them with no problem. He could probably use a couple more trucks to keep him busy.Good man I say.

If you're going to make a video, make it start to finish. If you need to make it part 1 and part 2 if need be. I want to see your dozer drivers finished work. There to good not to. I've seen only one that had start to finish so far. So show us the problem and how you are going to fix it. keep up the good work.

I read some of the comments. I feel they're wrong. Some of these kids running the dozers are very good. I have seen older guys not as good. That's what happens when the video doesn't show the finished work.
