I've been a Mack truck die hard fan for a long time, since the 70s... I really enjoyed every second of this video. What beautiful trucks you showed to us! Great work and thank you for sharing!

I’m glad I had the opportunity to drive a Superliner. The truck was a nice, not much compared to the trucks they have today. Just a rough old truck, but I wish I had it today. The cab was comfortable , the sleeper was roomy. I think it was a nice truck.

I know some of these trucks are working trucks yet they still keep them in show condition!

Tip of the hat to all of the exhibitors, some of them who drove considerable distances, despite the absurdly high cost of diesel fuel, to make the show!

Altho beautiful rigs, they need to work again. Not on asphalt or some shit jobs but local freight would be nice because people would get to see them again.. I drove a good many of the old Macks when just a young man. I guess one thing your never going to see if at all is the Dayton wheels in chrome. I didn't notice any of the long nose LT Macks with those tri plex transmissions

Unless you upgrade the power trains, the older units will be too expensive to run on a daily basis.

I agree but dang they can’t get anyone to drive the fancy rigs nowadays with them Bluetooth Heated CupHolders let alone these Man Rigs with no A/C

@@RustyZipper I see young folk get a rig that is say from the eighties... they look under the hood at just for sake of conversation... a six cylinder engine with just points and plugs, manual steering and brakes... the shift lever standing there... they are trying to find park in this transmission, they just twist the key and it rolls over and over till battery is dead, so tow it to scrap an go buy a running rig. After a couple drives, it hits marketplace or craigslist.
