16:05 Well, technically speaking, the elements given with the information on the meme would be H (hydrogen), Cl(chlorine) and O(oxygen), being O for the water to dilute the hydrochloric acid, since this acid does NOT have oxygen, mustard gas also needs two other elements, S(sulfur) and C(carbon), so, no, mixing diluted hydrochloric acid and more chlorine doesn't make mustard gas, unless mixing those somehow generate sulfur and carbon.

All jokes aside, the circular bathroom seems like a good idea! Minus the middle room, or replacing the middle room with a bathroom for disabled people, and minus the see through mirrors, it actually looks like a good idea for larger places! Edit: Alright, a closer look, and now I realise a few things about the image. The girl's bathroom line is much more crowded then the men's, a sexist joke, there's a little girl in the men's bathroom in one of th stalls, and I think the doors are meant to be frosted. Also, I now realise the mirrors aren't see through, and I was actually looking at the woman's reflection, not another woman watching her. Me stupid :

1: I assume that's the man's daughter, the boy just behind him is probably his son as well. Either the mother isn't present or they decided to just use that one because of how full the women's room is. 2: I'm guessing it's either a unisex bathroom, or a disability bathroom, considering the wheelchair girl waiting for it. 3: They aren't see-through, they're reflecting the interior of it.
