Then these guys go out and excessively speed everywhere,(just cause you blur the speedo we know how fast the top of 3rd and 4th are.) and do donuts and burnouts to city streets and private parking lots. Which causes people to have to pay to have their expensive concrete cleaned or asphalt patched. The amount of video of them on rodeo drive alone is enough for the city to charge them and make them pay to clean all the burnout marks.So really when asked to leave a parking lot they should just go.
