These videos are seriously so helpful and right around my skill level. Most of the video made sense to me, and then 6:50 stumped me so hard! All of the similar sounds combined with needing the context from the previous sentence made it really rough. I love the little challenge sentences (whether intentional or not) mixed in there that make sure you're paying attention to the details. And you use a lot of grammar patterns too and don't keep it too basic. Great video, ありがとうございます!

It is so rare to find Japanese vlogging *with* Japanese subtitles AND interesting/unique vocabulary highlighted, with clear voice over and native conversation recorded. This is such a profoundly great study tool. Thank you so much Naoko sensei! I look forward to any future videos :D お疲れ様です。

I love all your videos Naoko-san! I watch each of them more than once, sometimes, several times trying to comprehend all of the words used. Always looking forward to more videos and Thank you so much🥰
really needs sth like this! I've studied (more academic) Japanese for quite a while, but still feel awkward when using my Japanese in such kind of more relaxed/day-to-day context!
like your video!! thank you for teaching japanese😊

Great video, thanks! One question, what did you say right after giving the money? Apologizing for something...
@christophervollick4634 Жыл бұрын
Assuming you meant 2:03, I believe that was 「すいません片手です」which I take as "sorry I'm one-handed", which would make sense from context because we are in her other hand! 😅 I didn't know 片手 though, and had to look it up by sound, but I think it makes sense.
@Hitokage Жыл бұрын
@@christophervollick4634 Oh I see! Many thanks! Yea, I've heard that it is impolite to give something to someone in Japan with just one hand. They always use both so maybe she was apologizing for that.
