Oh man! Kumar Samose Wala was just near my college. I always used to wonder why no vlogger visits it, that shop is so unique. It was our hanging spot during college days including other places in Moti Nagar and Kirti Nagar. So glad you visited there. I wish I could meet you somewhere in Delhi. Also, a suggestion - > Must try "KAKE DI HATTI's Naan" in Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi. Adjacent to it, is the original Giani's Faluda. It is a super delicious combination. The Aloo Naan at Kake's is just so damn yummy.

The difference between bhatura and puri is that the dough for bhatura is fermented (same dif between a roti and a naan)

For that matter even in North India you have puri made of various flours like kuttu, rajgira etc. If you say luchi is not puri then I will say that even bhatura is not luchi. Just because it is made from maida it doesn't become a bhatura. The main difference in terminology is in fermentation only. You can check videos of any chef from sanjeev kapoor to sanjyot kher in case you still disagree

Kumar samose wala is very very famous in all of north west delhi. I live in pitampura but we regularly visit moti nagar to eat ther samosas. One more thing bro i want to tell why it is quiet, these type of areas in all of delhi are societies. Delhi people mostly live in these societies. You will find most chaos in main roads and market places where traffic is high. Also, very few foreigners comes this much far from central delhi and all they visit is either chandnichowk, cannaught place, red fort and its nearby places. Although they may not knew about it so its not their fault either. 🙏👌

Difference between puri and bhathura is Puri is made of whole wheat flour and dough is not fermented But with bhature dough is made of maida( all purpose flour) and fermented with yeast just like a bread
