He agreed for Rs. 200 initially and when he gave around 2-3k, he did not even show the hesitation or intent to return or tell him that its too much from what he initially agreed for. Instead he kept it conveniently. That's how you cheat foreigners in this country. Very bad.

When he gave those 500 notes, he should have simply shown hesitation or should have refused to take it initially which he did not. The initial intent is very important, whatever happens thereafter is irrelevant. Thats just my perspective.
