You didn't try bhutte ka kis in Sarafa. 😮 And BTW the story of Indore Sarafa (an exclusive market for jewellery) is that long back when there was not much security the Local Jewellery Market owners allowed street food vendors to setup their shops outside their jewellery show rooms. It was a mutually beneficial arrangement . Security of jewellery shops and a means of lievelyhood to street food vendors. Thats why sarafa opens late. After the shops have closed.

Well, in cities like Indore & Ahmedabad, the gold jewellery market during day shuts down around 8 pm & in front of those closed down shutters, food stalls pop open at around 8.30-9 pm & serve late until 2-3 am.... In Indore it is called sarafa bazar... & In Ahmedabad it is called manekchawk khau gali...
