I found that there's a personality interest on the part of the judge. And some of the facts she put forward shows personality interests .I doubt that she is acting as an independent judge, a judge that is not tainted of any kind of unclear and uncertainty, but here is a case, most of Malema discussion and her can be revised and you will see where the judge missed the realities and challenges that face the court.

Malema is somewhat inconsistent , I remember during the interview of former CJ Zondo , CJ Mogoeng declared before all the commissioners about his friendship with CJ Zondo , Malema seemed opposed to that as he asked Judge Zondo about his friendship with CJ Mogoeng and his argument ( Malema) was that the public might loose confident in the Apex court as friends are now appointing one another , he even mentioned “ a broer skap type of an arrangement “ . But today the very Malema is against this poor woman for not preferring Judge Erasmus as she believed the judge is connected ( Erusmas ) to few friends or organisation . She was well within her right to advocate or prefer a non partisan and not connected someone

They are subject to the same rules of enquiry as any person. This judge should not be forced to say Ali is lying. Ali has however on a precious occasion shown herself to be guilty of indiscretions.

Jealousy plays no role in the matter! Judge Allie is raising serious concerns regarding the running of the Division. The issue of Allie J not getting the DJP position has nothing to do with it. If the AJP noticed that Judge Allie did not come to her Chambers since 2016, then the AJP, as the person in leadership should have approached Allie J to iron things out - for the sake of the Division.
