A very high level match. Pearl in particular looked great. In contrast to the time of EDG vs PRX, FNATIC in a form that makes full use of the team's abilities, 100T fighting with Asuna's Sage as the axis. It was a good game despite the style difference. ※ I'm sad to see Split drop out of the competitive scene (my favorite map), but now Pearl is becoming a favorite too.

Split always made for good, close and entertaining matches, but from a strategic point of view, it was just such a blend and boring map with the same one-dimensional execs every time. And not enjoyable in Ranked either, imo. So I hope to see it back in the pool some day, but for now I'm glad for it to be the map they removed in favor of Pearl.

The prx vs edg game on Pearl was very scrappy, very clear that both sides did not know how take space, Fnatic and 100thieves on the other hand

I disagree Pearl was poor. Not an expert but watched TMV stream and the points he made made total sense to me. 1) On defence FNC's chamber trap location past Art screwed them over time and time again. Should have put it B main. 2) They kept executing B instead of A without a viper in comp, which is so much harder to do so they had limited success. 3) Neon was ineffective on attack and did nothing on defence. Kept waiting for some big idea that meant she was worth playing but didnt happen 4) Overall fnc had no interesting ideas on this new map. Remember when fracture came out and they were so clever in how they approached it and way ahead of other teams? None of that on Pearl and they had more time to prep than 100T whow had to play lcq. Overall 100T played solid on Pearl considering its a new map, but FNC were poor. EDG vs PRX was hugher quality but thdrr is still so much room for improvement on pearl by all teams.
