Chris...I ploughed through with a bad back instead of looking after myself. Ended up bedridden for 7 months, being carried to the toilet fir a shit, waiting for a back operation. Finally got it where they took discs out of my back. Gotta look after yourself brother. Think smarter....a Jack could've pumped up that prop. We can't have you bedridden. Firstly your family rely on you, and your KZbin family love you and need you in our lives.....and I'll be the first to say I won't be watching videos of you being carried to the dunny for a shite...Take care of yourself....your health is your wealth

Chris please tie the main prop off before you start to dismantle the centre bearing. It will save you so much time, stop the struggle and save your back from all of that pain. Once you've done it, all you have to do is slide it up to the flange, jobs usually a goodn, usually!! Love you mate, just trying to help a fellow struggler. 😊❤

Chris best thing for strugglers having yer back cracked. Years of physical jobs had seen my shoulders causing nothing but pain so much so was disturbing my sleep. Three sessions having my spine put back was like new. I was like you a none believer till I had it done. Any pain in the back area it’s my first port of call !

Most appropriate 😂, good to see wee birdie out and about, centre bearings are a nice wee job, I used to use rope or ratchet strap to pull shaft up, what you mean you’ve no got an 18mm ratchet spanner!!!!! How about a 3/8 whit worth one 😜

Chris l watch your channel each week my wife turned round and said she could change a hub now lol but l have just had to explain what you do to the engineers on shift tonight they couldn't get there heads round your uniform as they have several different ones depending on where they are working plus the full body suits complete with gasmasks when they are working near the cleaning system. PS this is in France by the the way.

Chris I did the same as you and had to pack in due to back problems. 10 years ago I cut all sugar, grains and veg oil from my diet and was cured within a month. Been pain free since. Most back pain is due to inflammation.

Hey Chris Chinese tools. I bought one of them mini 21v 8inch chainsaws £36 on ebay. Makita battery's fit them perfect. Comes with 2 blades only thing is you need to keep tightening the blade but 1 battery I cut up 15 pallets. Bloody amazing stuff

Chris,look after your back mate,im 50 this year and have been a mechanic full time since i was 16,ive done all the daft heavy lifting without a thought until 5 years ago when i hurt my back at work,pain was horrendous and i could barely walk for a week,im still having issues to this date,looking back i wish id worked smarter and used assistance,mine is all muscle and nerve damage,seeing you bend your back trying to lift the prop made me wince.... look after your body mate.....we think we are unbreakable but we are not.
