I keep doing my back in as well. I've even done it in leaning over to pick my boots off the floor. For me now the most important thing is a quick loosening up before I get up in the morning. I twist my lower body left, relax it, right, relax it, then lift my rear end, relax it. Then up I get. Takes a few seconds and makes a huge difference to me anyway. Dunno it if's any help to you but who knows. Look after yourself, don't want it getting any worse.

I think you have sciatica mate. If you have pain from around your btm going down your leg and around kidney and sometimes up towards shoulders when stretching you need a physio to manipulate the muscles. Your muscles are going tight to protect your back. Old timers method is to tie some golf balls in a bag tight and sit on the balls with the affected side /cheek btm and move it around bruising that cheek and releasing the muscle. Up the spine on the same side is a muscle that wants pulling and pushing massage like. Then take two paracetamol and go to bed. I worked in a foundry and was always laying in water oil or mixture of both. I got rid of these issues in four days. Later you spit it coming and re apply the treatment. Also occasionally get it playing golf. Good luck and we love the vids.

Don't buy Nurofen - ask the pharmacy for the generic equivalent - same stuff, does the same job, fraction of the price. And fizzy water is very palatable if you put ACV (apple cider vinegar) in it - about 1 teaspoon full per pint.

Defo sciatica, I'm only qualified a year, started my apprenticeship when I was 30, I've had 2 injections already.. People told me it would sort itself out but I had it for a year before I got it sorted, well I say sorted, the injection just numbs it, a plaster really... Love the videos.. just don't be lifting fuking disc's and drum on your own..or prop shafts 😂
