I have followed and love Catherine, Dainty Diaries, for yonks and now you have a new fan here, after being lured in , by popping on my feed and clicking to hear this ... Love all the pair of you discussed and waffled about. Especially the times, pre mobile phone and how life is now. Fabulous! My kids are your ages and Im so glad they have known the innocence of the pre digital age too. ( not so wonderful for my poor 10 year old grandson). You’re my first podcast…wow, you two are great fun to listen to, especially your gorgeous Irish lingo as I’m home sick with bronchitis. Your cottage garden has been a great inspo, Catherine, among all your other content. Now, I had to google the Snickers (oh yeah, I hear you girl lol ). I get asked when my married daughter is going to have children. ( They don’t want children for a few reasons(medically) but it’s not my place to repeat the reasons! I tell them I have a grand pup whom I love! I really want to say to tell them to kind their business but that’s harder than you think to say to someone you know.

I’ve been there for the beginning for Catherine and I must say this is an eye opener. Not that I’m shaming her on the contrary just the opposite, learn a lot of things. I will say though this chat is the perfect accent combination that helps me fall asleep! Great thin great thing. So I have listen to it time and time again falling asleep and today was the first day I made it to the end.

Hi Catherine! I just discovered you thru a friend who was caring for me after hip replacement surgery! You helped me so much in my recovery to keep me from being depressed! I’m new to You Tube and not sure if this will go thru. Need help keeping my neighbor’s cats out of my front and back yards! They mark and poo EVERYWHERE! Can’t have windows open due to smell, especially after a rain! Any ideas?
