Tip: I was told, to hydrate my greens well snip the ends on a slant, leave in water at least an hour. Blot ends with a paper towel and dip the end in melted candle wax to seal. I do it still and it seems to help pieces I use inside not to dry out so quickly. Good luck!

I’m laughing with you about the dollhouse because as an adult lady many years your senior I made two castles one for each of two great nieces out of a cardboard box. I cut cardboard “stones” and adhered them to the exterior, added levels, stairs, parquet floors, and so much more. I absolutely loved every minute! My advise, Stay a little girl at heart always 😉

Oh Catherine that gingerbread village was amazing. The dolls house was lovely too but the village is my favourite. I can also recommend l'occitane hand gel as well as the hand cream. When we were all gelling our hands every five minutes I bought some l'occitane and made the whole experience a sensory delight.
