Similar to our farms here in Normandy, though we have a high percentage of Normande cattle, whose high-protein, low fat milk goes for Camembert. They all graze outdoors, many of them in orchards, or in fields bordered by hedges. In winter, they're fed silage and the whole countryside is littered with huge silage pits as big as a house.

I am vegan and i really have to say this is a great dairy farm set up!!! I have seen many horrific videos of the farms in the US and it is just awful what the US does to every factory farmed animal.
