Hello! It has been forever since I last uploaded a video here, and so many new people have joined me on this channel. Thank you for your patience! I attempted filming some videos while pregnant and was very unhappy with the quality, so I paused. Then baby arrived and I had no time. So I hired a videographer to help me get back into the swing of things here. I am very excited to bring you my much-loved vegan cream sauce recipe. This recipe is one of my most popular blog posts and I have received so many positive reviews from readers who have tried it out. I made it using my oat milk recipe which can be found on this channel and in written form on my blog. All recipes will be linked below.
This vegan oat milk cream sauce recipe is rich and sultry, loaded with gloriously caramelized onions and garlic that are pan roasted to perfection. The ingredients are simple and accessible. And of course, I use my blender. Because what kind of Amanda recipe would it be without it?
I devised this recipe after noticing that most of the plant based or dairy free alfredo sauce recipes tend to use cashews, and I am allergic to nuts. I wanted to come up with a dairy and nut free alternative that was still creamy and delicious.
