Between Smoke and Tanya. I legit quit the game because of those two. Smoke is like dealing with photosensitive epilepsy on LSD while he does his combos and cancels. Tanya is hella safe and plus on everything for no reason while effortlessly hitting you for breathing and out-ranges your attacks. They basically make it seem like you can play the game when you really can't. Unless you play broken characters. Scorpion and Reiko get an honorable mention. All Scorpion's do is just wait for you to play, spend the entire game playing footsies with you, and spend the entire game running away from you winning on time. All Reiko's do is spam un-reactable mix-ups and grabs, throw unbeatable saw blades at you, and win on chip damage.

As a Havik main, I find Tanya to be the most annoying. She has not 1 but 2 safe strings that break Havik's armor with ease and both lead to full combos. She doesn't have to respect Havik at all, she can just spam her mid and theres not much Havik can do about it.

For me it's a tie between Homelander & Kenshi. Superman was absolutely busted in the Injustice games so the devs thought it would be genius to bring a variant of him in Mortal Kombat 1, look I know that he got hella nerf now but I'll never want to fight another Superman character ever again in any game. As for Kenshi it's his sento spirit, it likes having 3 kameos where 1 refused to leave when hitting him.

Lui kang has a stronger projectile game and his range outreaches li meis on all of his normals. Simply put, hes better at everything li mei does well. Its hard to whiff punish when a lui can out reach you on pretty much every string. His forward 4 string catches her backdash and all of her strings tend to lose against his in both frame data and reach. Your always just a hair away from catching him but he wins every tustle

I don't know what players any of these people go against but seriously for me the most annoying characters its 3 the Cameo Kung Lao, Serena and frost. That stupid low hat can set up any overhead into an unblockable 😤 especially if you are not prepared for it. And Frost with that stupid sliding low freeze, it can literally leave ANY character available to do a combo. Do I really need to explain why Serena is annoying cameo?! Like FR do I really need to explain it? I don't play the game often so I don't really see a lot of homelanders but when I do oh yeah I'm just getting juggled Non-Stop 🤷‍♂️ Johnny Cage is beatable because he doesn't have a projectile so just zone him out. Tanya is easily punishable once you close the gap on her because her only armored ability is her spinning kick when amplified other than that she is easily knocked down. Also the fact that not one person mentioned Li mei baffles me because she can easily drain your health bar if you're not careful. Half the time I just do a jump 3 with them in a corner and then I will just 1/2 spam until I can juggle it enough to get off a special move before they fall on the ground. Easy 30%😂

This game begin with incomplete characters, this is why a good majority the new DLC characters are so much better, they have way more versatility and options, plus frames, etc. It seems like they experiment with Scorpion and Sub-Zero but didn’t complete them. And the last thing he said was some of these characters need a Kameo to be complete and others are complete without a Kameo and just uses them for breakers. All the characters should be strong enough without a Kameo.

Not because shes hard or anything, but for me its sareena cuz i found her the most annoying since launch despite counters you could do. I always found her to be a cop out for most of the fighters.
