I love Camilla’s character I mean yes I was rooting for billy and Daisy because they are soul mates but I was also rooting for Camilla…I think she’s such a beautiful character you know instead of giving into her insecurities and tearing Daisy down she was there as a true friend for everyone, this was a bad triangle because you weren’t picking teams you wanted them all to be happy but they gave us a good ending with the way the books and series ended

Unpopular opinion: but please don't make a second season. Like many others, I too, want more from the series. But only because I think it is the most wonderful show I've ever seen, and it ended so beautifully. It would be a shame to mess with a good thing, and hard to imagine it gets any better than that ❤

I love that Billy finally admitted to himself the feelings he has for Daisy by admitting it to her. I felt relieved, to be honest. I totally understand the power of such love. I also understand his trajectory and his choices. It's his journey in this lifetime... I hope in another lifetime, they will truly reunite.

This show had me so conflicted because Camila was such a great person and good for Billy BUT Billy and Daisy were pure 🔥 and their love was on such a different level. Their chemistry, physically and emotionally, was off the charts ! I do think Camila deserved better . I know Billy loved Camila very much and that she obviously a much more stable/ healthy choice. But after seeing Daisy and Billy together , they just don’t compare . That being said, it makes total sense that Daisy and Billy could not be together for real at that time in their lives because of their own emotional/ substance abuse issues they needed to work out . They needed to be healthy first . But they were truly in love in a way you don’t see often . Camila’s character deserved better than that in my opinion . I feel like even though ultimately Billy chose her, it was an obligation . Camila was his wife , his first love , his crutch , the mother of his child etc. I mean I totally get it, but it just felt like they all settled to do what’s right and not necessarily for what they truly wanted . I feel like Camila, in a way, knew that too . Especially with the ending , which was bittersweet considering how it come about , but I did love seeing Daisy and Billy come face to face again 20 years later . It was all still there and I think it was the beginning of a new chapter for them.

My dumb ass really thought they would give this show multiple seasons. I understand it's from a book but idk- this plot and actors had real potential for a more stretched out, story, with more drama and idk... growth for the characters. But I don't know, it is what it is. The actors were top notch which I'm not used to for these kinds of shows. Sam Claflin is fucking AMAZING deserves more credit!

@jaime parra that's the consensus! The producer on twitter replied to a fan and said "I wonder why we did that". Implying there could be a reason for the 20 year skip. And then in interviews they're definitely not ruling it out. So there IS hope. We just gotta keep telling them we want it!

I just hate how men can get away with this type of behaviour and yet women cannot. The audacity to be in love with one woman while married to another out of some semblance of 'duty.' When in reality he hurt two innocent women in the process. And to get away with it!!

Cammie is a quality woman who is too good for Billy. That being said, I seriously don’t understand why Cammie went to LA with Billy, married him and stuck by him even after rehab. Never writing her a good song was the first red flag. Honeycomb was a big fat DUH for the whole world to hear. Not to mention the hypocrisy of begging Daisy & Billy to team up in the first place. Any married woman with a brain would have hated Daisy the second she laid eyes on her. Billy doing his best was clearly not good enough for anybody. Cammie was just in the way, she didn’t belong in Billy’s life. she deserved a boring husband who wouldn’t put her thru Hell while trying his hardest to be what she needs. Either that or just b ok sharing her husband with Daisy. That little girl is the only reason this all played out the way it did. Staying together for the kids is a sad excuse for a sham marriage.

I can’t be the only one that sees how Billy and Daisy are literally not soulmates or meant to be…and that’s okay. Not every ship has to end up together. Daisy and Billy had chemistry sure but that’s not sustainable. They would’ve never lasted. They are twin flames, mirrors of each other but Billy’s soulmate and the love of his life is Camila. It’s in the book and the show. Daisy was just flame. I do wish Camila left him though so he would’ve known exactly how much he fumbled

Camilla is not his soulmate soulmates are not hurt He caused her so much pain, He couldn't give her healthy love. Daisy is his twin flame and is a perfect representation. You can find several soulmates, but no twin flames, there is only one, it's unique....

You see the thing is about studios. It's mostly a risk for them to throw money at people who make quality stuff like this. It's a gamble and ofc this one clearly hit home so hard. It's insane. I feel this will WIN awards next year but at the same time. I feel they structured the story like this to make room for a second season but they did say this is a mini-series. It's rare to hear a mini-series have a second season. As long as we scream for a season 2 for a long time, then they may take the jump

No they werent and he knew why, because both of them were broken and Cam made a diffrence in hes life, he was tempted many times and always used Cams love to stay grounded. I dont think during this journey they would have survived, Cammile saved Billy and she died knowing that she did something good.

No, they weren't ''meant'' to be together, not at that point for sure. I mean, Billy says it in the scene. What they had was infatuation based on their creative similarities, on their work and yes, chemistry. But that's not what ''meant to be'' is like. Meant to be is not just falling for each other, it's also CHOSING each other. What they had was great but volatile meaning it's not for long, it's whimsical and not deep love. What they had was a creative love not a mature love. Billy said it right. They were creative soulmates but not live/romantic ones.
