@davidsaling1298 When I broke the middle finger on my right hand the Dr. put a splint on it hen taped that finger and my ring finger together for extra support...It worked like a charm....I was an adult when this happened but at Daisy's age kids cannot process consequences....They are always playing, jumping, running, falling, bumping into things and retraumatizing her finger even the slightest bit seems inevitable...That's why it surprised me she didn't have even the minimal protection...I'm sure the Dr. knows best and had their reasons...
