Go hard/train hard! Love it! Trained at a BJJ gym in northern Virginia, black belt was always saying your going to ha. rd, need to relax…bla bla bla. They didn’t like a lower belt beating higher belts. Best was watching black belt get smoked in 20 seconds by 50/50 armbar at pan ams
