1:20 exactly it’s just a common courtesy. I just joined first normal toc on my warlock after hitting 4.7k gs from sidereals, emblems of conquest, boes and cheap naxx GDKP. I’m quick to call out someone who is going to be a carry but it can go too far in the other direction too where you have h++ groups that are looking for 5.2k GS only which is insane
