Instead of emptying the dehumidifier the hard way, as you are doing now, check behind the machine for a port that you can hook a hose to and the drain it by gravity to the outside. You probably will need to drill a hole for the hose, but then you won't have to mess with it at all. I have done that many times.

Looks good so far. Only thing i notice is that there are still some support beams with rust on them supporting the A frames. Dont forget to clean the rust off of those beams and paint them before you start closing in the framing.

There was a sketchy moment when I thought you had dropped a beam and you Rodrigo jumped back I could see the fear on your face. You were lucky this time. So wear the safety hats. You likely know by now that the goats really do not like to eat grass. That's why I suggested baby steers and or sheep. Steers typically stay outside and like a tree for shade or a simple lean-to.

The DH - dehumidifier - is essential to life in a humid place. Here in Taiwan, it is a daily must use. It keeps away mold and helps dry wet clothes. Your house build is looking great.

Due to hail damage to my house, we had to take some of it apart to fix it. You would not believe all the building mistakes we found and had to correct. If you are only off by a little, you are doing very well!

Kia Ora (hello) from Aotearoa (New Zealand),,house looking great ,, good effort!!! .- yea make sure your welds are good especially for the load bearing beams (we call them channel or U beams) - for your second floor have a think about a mezzanine so you can look down ,, give an open feel - stairs - have you thought about a spiral staircase- uses less space and nice looking - good for in A frame type houses. I've used something called "rust converter" to treat metal that's prone to rusting. It seems to work really well. I think it takes ex in sting rust and changes it chemically.

You and the guys are doing such a great job building the house and keeping up with Lola's farm. A small suggestion on the dehumidifier, why don't you add a water hose to it and place it high enough to drain it into the kitchen sink. We have something similiar in our tiny house and we keep it on the kitchen counter while we come to the city to work. It works amazingly well. Hope thsi helps you with one les task. Continue doing well and you and the guys should take a little break once in a while. Congratulations to your friend Arturo and i will be checking his channel soon! :-)
