Awesome, look like those elevators have flourescent light fixtures that takes those square shaped 2D tubes and those fixtures are getting more and more rarer these days and appears there is an 12 inch 8 watt f8t5 strip likely for the emergency backup lighting if power fails Good video!

I've lived in Greece and almost all of these are residential elevators, they dont use them in large or commercial buildings.
