So what permit do you need to run that high banker ?? I though here in Oregon you can’t even get permits to do that right now ? I would Love to run one on my claim in the Bohemia mining district just never was able to find the proper info and permits ?Also i was under the understanding that we had to discharge so that it can’t get back into the creek .??

Need a 600 permit. They are transferable. Bought ours off another old timer. You should join the RMPA

@@hhprospecting7508 I just read on Deq site they stop issuing them out 2017 . So I’m shit out of luck lol . You might look into weather your ok to discharge right into the stream . Seems like when I was looking into those permits , they say you have to discharge somewhere we’re it can not go directly back into stream . ? I may be wrong but that would suck to get nailed by the Deq mafia . Dam mining laws suck in this state .

11th like..better. 😆 Checked on the RMPA. Any central Oregon claims? I'd be too tempted to skip lunch. Eat a big breakfast on the way out and I'm good till dinner at the house that night. Normally by myself though with noone else to worry about.

i dont understand why your not running a sluice with all that flow in the creek lots of wasted gas if your not dredging

Highbanking allows for continuous flow with out surges. It's also a lot easier and faster to get a high banker set up and running proper. And we don't have to get in the water running a pump. We use maybe a gallon of gas of 6 hours of run time. Can also feed material in this with out having to classify.

H & H Prospecting I don't know the rules and regulations in Southern Oregon but I do know if you got caught digging up the embankments in 603 land you would be tossed in jail, fined and all your equipment repossessed. It's people like you guys that give prospectors and miners a bad name.

Wow Ray, sorry you feel that way. We are definitely 100% legal and have all permits and permission to dig on OUR CLAIMS as we please. If this was public lands of course it would be different. We strive to follow the rules and make prospecting better for our fellow miners. I know nothing about "The 603" so I personally wouldn't make judgments and assumptions about what people do there. Hey Ray603 Lemme get this straight... you don't know the rules and regulations of our area yet you make a slanderous statement towards these very knowledgeable and fascinating gentlemen in regards to how they are operating within the established rules and regulations of their area. I by no means know it all especially when it comes to other states regulations nor my own state. Yes what I said was out of order not knowing your states rules and for that I'm sorry to you and your colleges. I just know around here it's not legal. It is quite possible that if you have a claim and own the land its fine. Not having claims around my are that I know of I would not know better. Things are hard for people that like to prospect all over the country with rules and regulations and it concerns me that I see so many KZbinrs all over the country digging into the embankments causing water way damage and that is one big reason people are trying to stop us from prospecting especially in common land areas. So I'll stand by stop being negative and ask questions first before making comments and enjoy the videos.
