The only thing I can say is I was truly amazed by your work ethic Jake. There is not many people that work as hard as you do for your subscribers, you have dedicated so much to your channel and I think the content you put up is only half as hard as you actually work you are honestly an inspiration and it was my pleasure to go hang out with you for the day. I’m so glad we got to do that I hope we get many more trips like that in the future as we grow and I thank you for heading up this way and making sure to get a hold of me so we can head out and dig some dirt together!

OG Prospecting No, but you don’t have to be for hookah diving. I did take a online safety course though before I started doing it.

The great thing about prospecting, is not just the end results ? But the exploring and discovery and the camaraderie of prospecting in the great outdoors. Of course, a little color helps from time to time in paying for that adventure !

you didn't check out that gravel bar on the other side or you did sample it pat is pres. of the chapter of the gpaa I go to once a month pat keene (keene engineering) it's pretty cool to go into a prospector shop that will cover everything you need pat and mark are real nice people

Hmm. I've been thinking about getting the mini max highbanker, but now I dont know. Shouldn't have to classify material with a highbanker. I can see your not to impressed with it and changed over to a river sluice. Give me your honest opinion on the mini max please.

Geno from Reno Prospector The mini max is a great little unit.The best way to run the unit is to run 1/4 inch material through for fine gold recovery. I have one as well, though I do not classify. Overal it’s going to catch most of your gold, but if your working flood you will need to classify, or feed slower. We just switched to river sluices for fun, we weren’t finding too much that day. The best part about it is it’s portability. 🇺🇸👍

Geno I agree with Jake. Good little machine and I usually have ribbed matting with miners moss and a ripple trap locking it in. This was my first run with the gold hog matting and the jury is still out on that one. Need to spend more time dialing it in. Ran it as just the sluice and seem to work pretty well look like it was catching everything in the first 1/3 of the mat on the high Baker we had gold as low as the bottom third and I think that had to do with the heavy clay buildup in the ripples.
