We are a proud people and we survive because Mother Earth is our soul. To be one with her sustains our soul. To honor us you must Honor The Mother and all her beauty and anger. She is the Key to all Life. THe Great Soirit teaches us to Love all Our Brothers no Matter what they do..... To walk the way of the natives is to be in harmoney with Nature and the Circlle of Life. Honor Mother Earth for she holds all precious life in her hands. She gives Life and Se can take it .

I have respect for all human life And also for animals...whether you are Black white red or yrllow with pink spots... I LOVE YOU ALL....whatever denomination you are or whatever your belief....we are all equal in Gods eyes...Put away all stupid arguments And love each other as was intended by God....or the great spirit if your belief is of that nature. I have always loved American Indian Tribes and yes they were duped out of their lands and treated like dogs... That i dont like...they are more human Than the government that took their Right's away from them ..lol..to all The tribes you have a friend in me Even from so far AWAY...Linda.

I have Dakota/Sioux Indian mixed with White (European) in me. I’m from Buffalo New York. Erie County. I have mostly British in my family as they mostly speak their native English. I also have cousins from Ethiopia (German - Italian East Africa) back in World War II who fought for the Entente (Allied Powers) [British Army].

Great Ancestors. I play this in Prayer and ask with tears rushing down my face, that you not only hear us but that you protect and watch over your Children. More treaties are being broken. And as All Are Our Relation, that you rise up and protect the Standing Rock Sioux and ALL of the Water Protectors. For the time that Sitting Bull and so many others spoke of has come to us yet again. A'HO.

Here is a short song showed me I really nearly understand Dakota speech!: "Rakattu ja dizet, Ill ja füsti Hezod. Wakonda Dédpa Azt mö nek Atonhe!" Hungarian: (Megrakták a tüzet, Száll a füstje Hozzád Nagy Szellem Ősapa, Add meg nekünk Szellemed!)" (In Hungarian language you can say "ősapa" like "dédapa"....) What do you think of this?

The race started at fort Pierre SD sixty two miles away to the crow creek sioux Indian Reservation at old Fort Thompson SD. Were fastwalker beat the American horse soldier on foot speed to the finish line. Later the us army asked fastwalker to negotiate a council meeting with the Lakota leaders such as sittingbull in person. Fastwalker is the most famous relative in my family of elders. The oldest plains Indian War in South Dakota. The crow creek massacre eight hundred years ago!✨ Was attacked and killed also destroyed by a 1,200 arikara's Indian warriors party on a peaceful Mandan Indian village of over 240 people. The new burial ground is on top of a tall hill along the Missouri River 16 miles from Fort Thompson SD on the crow creek sioux Indian reservation. 40 years ago the Science researchers found the site over 100 feet from the highway on a dry land formation. We should respect our native Americans burial grounds. Have a very impressive beautiful 😍 day.😍👏❤

There's a forgotten massacre took place on the crow creek sioux Indian reservation SD northwest of the town stephan. Probably around the 1920s or 1930s a large encampment of twenty or thirty hunkpati Dakota sioux people were living on Cheney rush, a hilly prairie land country along the Missouri River. When a large party of white civilians came to blame the Dakota sioux Indian people for horse thievery. They started to kill everyone there and buried the dead bodies on top of a hill. Some Dakota sioux elders were young children at the time witness the tragedy unfolded there they were a safe distance away. Many years later they told the story of the tragedy at the Cheney rush massacre. It's also the most huanted place on the reservation because of the Dakota sioux Indian people who died there. We should respect the fallen Dakota sioux Indian people who died there. There's no memorial site there because of the forgotten tragedy at the Cheney rush massacre. Many decades after the wounded knee massacre of December 1890.

There were two Dakota sioux leaders in there own struggle to save thier Dakota sioux people. Little crow of the Minnesota Dakota sioux signed the treaty of 1851 of friendship. In 1862 miss trust of treaty rights, starvation of Dakota people and more Dakota land taken away by the American settlers and untruthful Indian agents. Which led to the Dakota sioux conflict of 1862. Little crow was killed by a farmer in 1863. Drifting goose [ magabobdu] the mystic warrior led non- violence raiding parties during the 1870's. Against the American settlers and raid road survivors in the James River Valley north of Redfield county SD untouched land. By stealing cattle and corn also making the American settlers woman cook for them when the men are out working. Then breaking rail road spikes from the survivors. The American settlers called him the notorious drifting goose. Angered the us government pressured drifting goose to leave his land! Finally by the spring of 1880 the Dakota sioux leader led the last free hunkpati Dakota sioux Indians to the crow creek sioux Indian reservation at old Fort Thompson SD were his descents live today. Drifting goose can speak Dakota- Nakota- Lakota, English and German language. There were no free roaming Dakota sioux in north- Eastern South Dakota. Drifting goose will become one of the five Dakota sioux chiefs of the crow creek sioux Indian tribe of SD. Also in 1840 Drifting goose become chief of the hunkpati Dakota sioux. They lived in abandoned Mandan earth lodge village. On armidil Island north of Redfield county SD. After the spring of 1880 Drifting goose will lose his land to American settlers.

Somethings in life arn't meant to be But oh if we could only see Our narrow road so twists and turns Has spoiled our meaning In this world Yesterday when faith was cheap And bore no answers or no peace Did we forget that GOD was near As we passed thru year after year Who understands Hurt so deep Who knows the answers we now seek When hearts are filled with such despair who else could see or even care. We know in part that He is there Yet we march onwards unaware Amid the darkness That seals our fate To never see CHRISTS loving face Think of the Man upon the cross Who died the cruelest death for us For there is no greater love than this Than those nailed Scarred hands Could give....Linda...n.s.w Aust.

Drifting goose [ magabobdu] was the last free hunkpati Dakota sioux chief. During the 1870's the Dakota sioux chief would not allow the American settlers and rail road survivors in the James River valley north of Redfield SD untouched land. Drifting goose led non - violence raiding parties against the intruders by causing to much trouble! Angered the us government wanted Drifting goose to leave his land! Finally by the spring of 1880 Drifting goose led the last free proud hunkpati Dakota sioux people to the crow creek sioux sioux Indian reservation at old Fort Thompson SD were his descents live today. Drifting goose was known as the mystic warrior and the peaceful Dakota sioux chief. He never signed a treaty with the us government.

Sioux is a derogatory word the US government came up with similar to the N word for blacks. They labeled all of us plains natives as Sioux whether you are Lakota, Nakota, Dakota, Cheyenne, or Oglala
