love power poles. Have built a power distribution "control panel" for my ham shack desk. Controls lighting, chargers, auxiliary fans for power supplies and radios etc. Was a fun and useful project. Have some pics on my QRZ. 73

SAFETY FIRST! Your the Elmer here push DC safety too. Mains/Catastrophe fuses or breakers AT the Power Source be it a Battery or Power supply or Solar! Don't rely on the BMS! Your vehicles have a fusible link at the battery so should any DC power source! Keep the content coming! THANKS!

I don't know what any of that means but it sounds important. I have this same battery but I'm unsure how to charge it. I assume I should not use the anderson connectors that go from my solar panel to my Bluetti power station.

I may be wrong but the model linked in the description doesn't seem to include the charge controller. There are Renogy starter kits on Amazon that include a charge controller for the same price but it doesn't seem to be the same one depicted in the hosh's video. So you might want to research a bit more before ordering so you aren't surprised by what is actually shipped. If I am wrong here please post a comment indicating such and sorry in advance if I am spreading false info, it's not my intent to do so. Also really enjoying all of Hosh's videos and streams. I'm new to Ham and while a lot of what is discussed goes over my head (lots of foreign acronyms) I am learning a lot. Thanks.

I love your channel man. I have a 300W solar charge controller that says it needs 20-50 volts input to work. My 150W solar panel puts put 18 volts. Do I need to get a new controller?

Where did you get the breakout box ?

Did that charge controller cause RF interference? A lot of them do. Is it compatible with lithium batteries? How many amps did you draw from the 10 AH battery?

Renogy 100W kit for cheaper than harbor freight 100w.... that is awesome. Great find and great info. Interested in that battery.

I was very impressed by both the panel and the battery. They worked perfectly.

Do not, I repeat do not buy Harbor Freight Panels. They are junk compared to this panel. Mono panels are the best.
