Dakota RT Hemi swap

Dang! My very first car was A Dakota rt. Never imagined one with a 5.7 hemi in it. That old 5.9 did some damage to them foxbodies at the track. Would be cool to see it in action!

I was thinking the same thing (must be a 5.7). It DOESN'T have the angry and quick rev the 6.4L has. Although still nice.

i am thinking about doing this to my 3.7 dakota because it aint worth rebuilding the 3.7l v6 with a problem with valves and possibly bad heads any info i can get with doing the swap would be greatly appreciated

Iforged astras 19x11 fronts 20x14 rears originally made for Dodge Viper but they fit the dakotas also

Dave RT the Dodge pickup/work van tends to be cheap in my area​ especially v6 model and first gen hemi cars. you can get lucky and find a hemi ram with scrapes or slight body damage for 2200 also a Dakota shell for like $400.
