With all due respect, fried onions seemed like the showstopper of this soul yum, along with desi ghee, but of course.. Achi quality ka desi ghee local market mae milta he nai ab to. I remember dadi jo ghee bhejtin thee, uski khushbu khana kha kar fast saboon sae hath dhonae kae baad bhi ungliyon sae aati thi. Sunday lunch mae banayenge ye recipe. Keep up the good work. Regards

Yes we add a lot of vegetables in homestyle khichdi. But this is a proper restaurant style khichdi wherein so many vegetables are not used. The flavors are derived mainly from dals and spices😊👍
