Actually the little girl's voice is his original voice you can search on KZbin in some variety show where he sing without music.

The first part weren't electronic effects. Zhou Shen can sing and speak in that little girl's voice and has done it on live streams and tv shows.

This song did shock me since, 1.no one ever sing it completely in solo & live so far, 4 yrs since it's made n launched for vocaloid 2.no one, in my experience, can perform a one man choir and musical like this 3.no one would dare to pick such a difficult song on the night before the Singer 2020 competition. Though he said later that the lyrics are not new to him, his short rehearsal n preparation time is astonishing. 4.it's rare for him to dance n he nailed it so nice 5.Honestly, Zhou Shen did it soooo well n gave the song a new soul. I absolutely ADORE this song. It made me really like Zhou Shen (I'd known about him before but only in passing) and appreciate his personality and his versatile voice. It is quite obvious he is both talented and has trained a lot. Also, this is the best reaction (and analysis) of this song I have seen so thank you for that.
