I believe that the His Holiness made this comment with the understanding that at the root of all of the worlds major religions is the teaching of compassion and love for our fellow humans. I don't think their are many Muslims that think that extremist terrorists are true Muslims.

It is a shame you are so haughty about your religion when your beliefs were from a religion that evolved from several earlier religions(in particular Egyptian...and Jesus did go to Egypt in the myth), do you know how many folks before Jesus' time had a "son of god" or an actual god that died for the greater good only to rise again after 3 days? had baptism? last supper kind of situation? at least 8 that I can think of, the TEACHING is important not the stories
