omg thank you. I've been thinking this for.. a very long time haha. It's Blizzard. I've always been fascinated and annoyed by their "round numbers" nerfs and buffs. For example on upcoming patch, I saw some class get "25% (was 50%)" thing, and I was like...did you test other odd percentages..? How about 36%? Did you even try 43%? ect. All it does is make them revisit, and revisit, and revisit their OWN changes.

tempest 15% is like "hey we reduce your overall dmg by 5%" alone on this spell. Blizzard has gone completely overboard xD (yes enhancer is broken rn, but holy fuck, get it right the first time, we got PTR)

Its sad they dont have any clue on warlock and just buff some numbers, but we have a bit more probs, like curses need to apllied manuelly every 60s which doesnt feel rewarding, demo is nearly unplayable in raids also affliction due to its movement problems if you just think about queen you will never cast since youre always moving phase 1 and 2 I wish they fixxed and reworked some stuff for warlock which he needs, like changing Vile on Affliction is doesnt fit with most durations and cd + soul shard makes the playstil still clunky, also vile could replace one of the dots and could have zero cd but is a aoe dot like cata on destro since on destro you have cata and immolation and both do the same and you never cast immo ever since soul fire does inject it or cata so idk. Many probs but just buffing dmg :/

Vile taint is an aoe spell not replacement for agony. Thats just stupid and noway fit for single target rotation. Even vile taint as 15sec cooldown wheb agony last 18 second is nonsense with vile taint cast time and should shard cost. Its better dps to use the cast time on mr than vile taint as single target agony plus tiny dot.
