If Bowman wasnt recieving medical attention that would have been totally fine, but you dont kick someone when they're on the ground. It was a pussy move by him. I liked Bubba but his choices and actions will have him iut of Nascar soon, and that sucks. Bowman has a solid future but i wouldnt be surprised to see Petty dump Bubba in the next 2 yrs.

"Water bottle massacre."🤣🤣 I love how tight "fans" are over throwing water in the face. This issue is weeks old and still holding it over Bubba and Alex's heads, its over and done with. I cannot believe how folks are so upset about such a small issue and Bubba's performance continues to improve week to week. RPM is getting into that top 20 area now on the regular and considering the lack of money RPM has dealt with this season they have improved massively since Charlotte. This guy has talent and has such a personality that is what the sport needs with the "vanilla" personalities that "fans" clamor about. I love this guy, I like his driving style and is just a racer. The water bottle thing is such a non-issue, but everything he does will be magnified by x1000 because of who Bubba is.

Have become a Bubba Fan since last year. Just down to earth. I commend him on how he has handle some situations where it would have been justified to return a bump or tap , yet he didn't and let it go. Hope for the best and look forward to your future in racing. You bring the excitement back with your positive attitude. Really like how Bubba interacts with the fans during rain out with the football, winning new fans daily with that show of fun with the fans

I’m glad that dale gave bubba platform to tell his side. Let’s be real here. A lot(not all) but a lot of nascar fans and you know who you are, will never listen to a single thing that Wallace has to say from simply looking at him outright.. The ones that swear that he’s the “affirmative action” driver and their undying support for jr will at least allow bubba to at least be heard since they worship the ground junior walks on. Im glad this interview happened. I don’t know about you guys but having drivers that hate each other is awesome!!!

@@TheDCGuitar13 I have never described Bubba as the affirmative action driver or anything close to that. Nor would I. I'm glad Bubba was heard and always liked him. Bought one of his shirts when he traded paint with KB at the Glen this year. I've been following NASCAR since the 60's and speak my mind the way I see it. Bubba has good driver skills and is no pushover, I like that. I don't like a back marker holding up a playoff contender and flipping him off though. Bubba was upset about an earlier on track incident that appeared to me to be mostly a racing incident. The second one where Bubba got spun, Bubba had the chrome horn coming IMO. The water incident was a terrible look at Bubba's character. Bowman was not just sitting but was being attended to by medics. Bowman was clearly feeling quite puny and not able to defend himself. Bubba could have just leaned down and told Bowman any version of "we are going do deal with this later" and walked off. The water toss was low brow. Bubba knew he had a free shot and took it. Demonstrates a problematic character and if it is not stopped by NASCAR now, it can easily escalate. Now that I've heard Bubba's side of the story it takes the edge off a little but DOES NOT EXCUSE what he did. The young man needs some counseling and guidance. Sounds like his father is not a good mentor and he needs to look elsewhere for that. He needs to know that what he does in front of a camera will follow him for ever. Those that are saying NBD are enabling him to think what he did was fine. If left there he would no doubt continue be controlled by his lesser demons and maybe escalate his errant behavior. Other drivers may follow that lead. That's a bad road map for the good of NASCAR, RPM and Bubba. I to enjoy an occasional dust up in the pits and have been involved in a few myself during my racing days. But this wasn't a fight, it was an attack on a person unable to defend themselves at the moment. It was a real bad look for NASCAR and real bad look for Bubba. I understand many people think it was fine, NBD. Those people are not able to see the big picture and may have a character problem themselves.

X-Man what’s your opinion on Gordon fighting an apologetic burton? I’m not implying anything. Just curious. As someone who claims they drove, you really expect people to be in their most rational state when someone just tried to kill you a few times and keeps forcing the issue because you haven’t put your foot down? Cmon man... no ones excusing it, he owned it and if he’s punished, so be it. But the people deamonozing him and dogwhistling are pathetic. Listened to it again.... Bubba has a real complex about what is fair and what isn't. Truth is, he needs to step up and race people. The best way to pay someone back is to beat them on the track. Flip a guy off once is fine. I get it. Continually..... you deserve to have your slower car out of the way. Then him complaining about wrecking cars and red flags at the roval? FFS, it was one of the most entertaining and competitive races of the year. Bubba says he sees him on the ground..... then says he nods to his gas man..... then says he didn't know he was on the ground yet. Okay.

I got wrecked on purpose, the wreck totaled my car, at first I was mad, but then I asked myself if I could have done anything to prevent that from happening and I realized I was taught a lesson, the reason I got wrecked was because guys in front of me got a bad restart and I checked up and gave people room, the guy behind me went left but ran out of room and hooked me so he didn’t have to slow down, lesson I learned was that my car was fast enough and strong enough I should have made room for myself and I could have done that without wrecking other cars but I would have banged up some sheet metal and maybe pissed some people off, instead I had to scrap my car
