Gotta be honest. Love the show. Having a co-host makes for a better convo. Especially someone like TJ that's been in the sport for a while. The banter it opens up in the show is amazing. Dale opens up more, when he has folks to talk to who've been around the Nascar block. No offense to anyone on the show. None at all. They all do a fantastic job. There is just a fresh element when it's more of a discussion. Random co-hosts are good for the show, imo.

Yes, in 2021, Bowman won 4 races which was tied for the second most with Truex behind Larson's 10. He won at Richmond after beating Hamlin on a restart, Dover, Pocono after Larson's flat and then beat Denny again at Martinsville when he got in hot and spun him and Denny pulled his car up to Bowman's after the race. Like, he had a really good season. Then in 2022, he beat Larson at Vegas on a restart and that was the last time he won. I feel like he could "figure it out" at any moment and start winning 3-4 races every year. Maybe this will be the start of some comfidence for him and that whole team to propel them forward. I don't know if he's a championship driver, but he's a final 8 driver on any given year.

1. TJ is awesome and awesome cohost. Please have him on more. 2. Cautions leading into a Stage Break…if NASCAR would set a standard rule that everyone knows about before the race starts, I think this is a great idea. Just say for all races, if the yellow flies with X amount left in a stage, that is the stage break. Everyone knows it going in and can work with that. It’s no different than knowing ahead of time if the caution flies before the white flag it’s overtime, if not it’s not.

Do not agree with "bumping" any car during the cool-down/victory lap. The friendly, congratulatory taps are one thing, but there should be a penalty when it's vengeful and wrecks the bumped car in any way. They can talk it out or shove each other around after they're out of their cars. The last thing the race winner needs is to have his car hit hard while celebrating his win. I would be surprised if Papa Hendrick didn't make a phone call to MJ to tell him to stop wrecking his cars after the checkered flag.

Just have 2 stages at RCs instead of 3. The races are just too short to have 3 stages because that's another 4-5 laps each stage break under caution and at tracks like COTA and even Chicago, they're only going 75 and 64 laps respectively. Honestly, I wouldn't mind just going with timed races for the road courses. 2 hrs, 15 mins for all road races regardless of size or anything. That''s 135 mins which I think is just enough time to make it worthwhile and just little enough to leave people wanting more if it's a great race.

A huge difference in dealing with lightning in Grant Park is the miles of 4-foot-tall concrete barriers restricting egress. They are not there during other events, such as Lollapalooza. The practical reality is that the fans are inside the track, not outside in a permanent grandstand structure.

I rarely comment on anything, but TJ is very conveniently ignoring or forgetting the fact that Brad clearly hit the wall in front of Daniel on his onboard, which checked both he & Daniel up & is probably what led to Chase even getting in to the back of Daniel so quickly.
