.....Panjab Govt even de-linked UGC pay scale for new university teachers so captain Sahib has put the final nail on the coffin of higher education in Punjab. And should teachers not fight for their due salaries and pay....do they not deserve their financial rights.....a depressed teacher will make depressed students but punjabi society wouldn't understand it.
